Poster Criteria

• Poster Specifications- 

• • • • • Format: E- poster

        • Display Size: 40" width x 23" height

        • Orientation: Landscape

        • Aspect Ratio: 16:9

        • File Type: Jpeg format (photo format)

        • File Name: Participant name + Institute name + Topic of  poster
                                    eg. HrithikRoshan.CHAFB.GenomeBasedTherapeutics.jpeg

• • Time Limit- 05 mins

    • • • Presenting poster: 3 mins

        • Discussion time with judges: 2 mins

●Only E-posters as per specifications will be accepted. E-Posters will be displayed on TV screens during judging rounds. Participants should not bring posters on printed paper.

● Research papers, Case series, Interesting case reports and Innovations can be submitted for presentation as E-Poster.

● Images should not disclose the identity of the patient

● A minimum of 30 pts Font Size is recommended.

● Advertisements or images for which the authors do not hold proprietary rights should not be included.

● Any sources of funding or potential conflicts of interest should be clearly indicated.

● In the case of Human Subjects Research, posters must include a statement describing the source of ethical review and approval (or exemption).

● Participants are also expected to bring their E-posters to the competition venue in a USB drive of their own.

● The E-poster not fulfilling the above criteria will be rejected and will not  be projected at BMC.

● The participants will be randomly divided into batches and allocated presentation slots. They will be informed  at the venue  about the timing of their poster presentation.

       Last date for submission extended to 2359h 11 Oct 23.  Earlier submissions will get priority for selection during screening.
